Case study
Book Freelancer
Find trusted local services, or turn your skills into income. We designed the website and the app for a marketplace that turns everyday skills into real bookings.
Challenge
Millions of people have skills they can sell today, but no simple system to turn them into bookings. Book Freelancer started with zero infrastructure: no marketplace, no trust layer, no positioning.
Strategy
One principle: speed to earning. Listing a service had to be instant and free, and booking had to feel as easy as ordering food. We framed it as a real world service engine where visibility equals income.

Brand
Accessible, urgent and practical, never corporate. A clean, bold identity with messaging focused on outcomes: get seen, get booked, get paid.

Website
A full marketing site as the platform entry point: bold hero, testimonials, a dual path for finding or offering services, onboarding steps, popular services, a comparison table and FAQs.

App design
The core product, where freelancers manage services and customers discover and book help. Flows for service creation, booking, messaging, availability and category browsing.

Outcome
Verified providers started getting booked within the first week, and the back and forth of quoting dropped to under two minutes per job, on a marketplace built to grow across cities and categories.
Friction between listing and earning
List instantly, book as easily as ordering food.
Per quote
Down from long back and forth messages.
