Case study
Rego Studio
An online store that puts Dubrovnik handmade ceramics in front of the right buyers, globally, with an AI assistant that turns visitors into enquiries.

Rego Keramika had a growing local following but no digital presence. Pieces sold only through the studio and occasional markets, missing a whole audience of buyers who discover artisan goods online.
Strategy
We treated the store as an extension of the studio experience: warm earthy tones, generous whitespace, and photography that lets the ceramics speak for themselves.

Brand
A visual identity that bridges traditional craft and contemporary design, with a restrained palette of warm neutrals and clean typography.

Website and store
A digital gallery and storefront with clean product grids, collection pages, category filters and a streamlined checkout. Fast, responsive and tuned for search so the right buyers find it.

AI assistant
Slow replies were losing customers, so we built REA, an AI chat assistant that answers instantly, understands the products, recommends the right piece and guides every conversation toward an enquiry.
Outcome
Rego’s first online store opened new revenue channels across Europe, and a three month project became an ongoing creative partnership.
Products listed
Across cups, plates, vases, bowls and custom collections.
Orders in the first quarter
From customers across Europe.
My customers had no idea when something sold out. They would message, get no answer, and leave. Chuck’s team fixed the whole thing and built an AI assistant that handles every question automatically. I do not lose leads anymore.
